Non-Refundable Deposit

To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total balance is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and ensures that we can begin preparing your order.


Confirmation and Invoice
 
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation along with an itemized invoice within 24 hours of booking. Please review all details to ensure accuracy.


Final Payment and Production Timeline

The remaining balance is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Production of your order will commence once the full payment has been received. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.


Pick-Up and Delivery Timing
 
We kindly request that you adhere to the agreed-upon collection time for pick-up or delivery. If any changes to the collection or delivery time are necessary, please notify us as early as possible so we can make the appropriate adjustments.


Delivery Services
 
Local delivery is available at a flat rate of $20 within a 10-mile radius of Charlotte, North Carolina. For each additional 10 miles, a supplementary fee of $10 will apply, with delivery available up to a maximum distance of 50 miles. Special delivery requests beyond this radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
 
Deposits are non-refundable unless we are required to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.  
In the event you need to cancel, your deposit may be applied to a future order, provided the rescheduled date falls within 90 days of the original booking. After this 90-day period, the deposit is forfeited.


Responsibility and Liability Post Pick-Up/Delivery
 
Once the order has been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damages. We take great care in packaging and ensuring the quality of our products during transit. However, once the order is in your possession, it becomes your responsibility to handle it with care.


Design and Customization Policy
 
While we cannot replicate another cake artist’s design exactly, we will work closely with you to bring your vision to life with our own unique interpretation. You are welcome to provide photos for inspiration, and we will create a design that aligns with your desired theme while maintaining our artistic integrity.
